Terms and Conditions

Rescheduling & Cancellations: Life happens, and I understand that plans can change. If you need to reschedule your appointment, please do so as early as possible. Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice, as well as missed appointments (no-shows), will be charged the full session fee.

Arrival for Sessions: Please arrive on time for both in-person and Zoom appointments. If you are more than 10 minutes late, your session may need to be rescheduled and may be subject to the cancellation policy above.

For Zoom appointments, a meeting link will be provided upon booking. Please ensure you have a stable internet connection and are prepared to begin at your scheduled appointment time.

All appointment times are listed in Central Time (CT – USA). If you are booking from a different state or country, please verify the time difference for your location before scheduling.

Recording Policy:

Clients may not audio record, video record, photograph, reproduce, or distribute any portion of a session without prior written permission. Any recordings made with permission are for personal use only and may not be shared publicly without consent. Online group workshop Zoom sessions must not be recorded or distributed without prior written permission.

Confidentiality:

All sessions are conducted confidentially and respectfully. Information shared during a session will not be disclosed to third parties.

Important Notice:

Services provided by Kathryn Brown Medium are not intended for crisis intervention or emergency support. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, mental health crisis, or require immediate assistance, please contact appropriate emergency services or a qualified healthcare professional.

Spiritual Perspective:
