Evidential mediumship focuses on a connection to Spirit that shares specific, meaningful details and recognizable evidence to validate the presence of loved ones in spirit and support the ongoing bond of love.

You are encouraged to come to your session with an open heart and open mind. Taking a little time before your appointment to quietly reflect on memories, moments, and time spent with loved ones now in spirit can be helpful, although it is not necessary; it is a personal choice. You may bring a photo or object to show after the reading. Kathy does not want to see the photo before the reading, Spirit, or Kathy do not need objects to communicate

Allow around six months between mediumship readings. This time helps you fully absorb the information and messages received.
Mediumship is meant to support healing, reflection, and personal growth, not create dependency. Giving space between readings allows the experience to remain meaningful, grounded, and empowering.

Kathy receives information through a combination of intuitive senses, often called the clairs. These may include: Clairvoyance: receiving images, symbols, faces, dates, scenes, locations, colors. Clairaudience: hearing words, phrases, names, or sounds internally. Clairalience: sensing familiar scents such as perfume, tobacco, flowers, or food connected to a loved one. Clairgustance: experiencing tastes linked to memories or habits of those in spirit. All or some of the senses are used throughout the reading.

Just yourself! No need to bring pen or paper, Kathy will have that ready for you, that you can take home. Sound and video recordings are not allowed, but as stated, you are welcome to take notes.
Often, people like to bring a photo with them, please keep it in a sealed envelope or out of sight. Kathy does not use objects for her readings. You are very welcome to share your photo after your reading has ended.

Kathy will be starting group meditation sessions later this year. She is also available for non-mediumship classes, which you can find on her website under the classes-workshop tab.
She is also planning to offer development classes, but due to her busy schedule, no dates have been set yet. Please sign up for the newsletter to stay up to date with new events and happenings.
